KMC Green Team is a branch of the Charlotte construction company Kelly McArdle. Kelly McArdle Construction was formed by Danny Kelly and Dan McArdle in 1997. KMC has BPI-Certified Building Analysts, so you can be assured that you are receiving quality and value during the audit and any retrofit work completed. BPI analysts follow the "house as a system" concept. As a "system," everything in your home is connected. The relationships between the systems are the key to the overall performance, energy efficiency and durability; as well as your health, safety and comfort. BPI contractors have completed rigorous training in home performance evaluation with a focus on the "system" concept. Your house systems include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; and the building envelope (the foundations, walls, roof and all their components, including windows and doors).
